ASC SMS Terms and Conditions
1. Program Description
By opting into the ASC A+ program text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., new session reminders, payments, class updates) at the phone number provided at opt-in.
2. Consent and Opt-In
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent).
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 5-20 messages permonth.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan. ASC A+ does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.
5. Supported Carriers
Our messaging service is available on most major wireless carriers, including but not limited to:
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint.
Note: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt-Out (Stop)
To stop receiving text messages from ASC reply STOP, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from that specific short code or number unless you opt back in.

8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these SMS Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Boston MA, waived of any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
